“Unlock a child’s potential through caring and nurturing, and they will change the world.”

Yan Jin, BCBA and CEO

We work with children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) starting from age of diagnosis, which can be as early as age 1.5, to age 21.

We also accept clients with secondary or multiple diagnoses, such as ADHD, ODD, or/and corresponding psychiatric and medical problems.

Our Behavior Analysts are here for you and your child, offering the most nurturing and caring behavior analytic environment to allow your child to grow.

We believe in the partnership between parents, caregivers, behavior therapists, teachers and other therapeutic supports to create a unified team that works together to unlock the true potential in each child.

Our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy focuses on helping families with children and adolescents diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.

When becoming our client:

1. You will be assigned one of our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to assess your child’s abilities and behavior.

2. The BCBA will then provide an effective individualized plan using evidence-based practices to improve social-emotional reciprocity skills, communicative skills, and address behavioral concerns.

3. During this process, we are in consistent collaboration between the entire care team. If you have Occupational therapists, Speech therapists, previous ABA Therapy providers, School teachers or anyone else that can contribute, they are invited to the team!

4. This quality care continues as we work with your child, always in communication, improving the treatment plan as we learn more about your child, and providing updates on your child’s progress.

At Beneficial Alliance, we are committed to holding ourselves to the highest standard while providing currently researched ABA therapy. Our staff is compassionate, caring, and value the children and families we work with. All of our providers are board certified by the BACB and our BCBA/BCaBAs all hold current state behavioral health licenses.
